Appointment & Cancellation Policy
A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled visit may incur a fee of 50% of the service price. No-shows will also be charged 50%.
A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. If arrival exceeds 10 minutes past your scheduled time, services may be shortened or rescheduled. If a delay impacts safe or timely treatment, the appointment may be marked as a late cancellation.
These policies protect our medical team’s time, travel, and reserved resources.
